Colin has over 40 years’ experience in building and developing agency businesses. He grew King Sturge from a small operation into one of the leading agencies in Leeds and the North East, employing more than 130 staff, before its sale to JLL in 2011.

Upon retiring from JLL in 2013, Colin was the Regional Chairman for the North East and led the Northern Real Estate Workout and Banking Advisory Team. Throughout his career, he has acted for most of the major UK banks, specialising in property investment and real-estate workout.

Colin is a RICS Registered Valuer and a member of NARA/LPA Fixed Charge Receivership Scheme. He joins Pantera to support the continued growth of the business and provide guidance at board level.

Colin also serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Elevation Wealth Management.
