James joined Pantera Advisory Group as Finance Director, bringing a wealth of experience as a Chartered Accountant (ACA). His background in practice accounting has seen him work closely with SMEs and family businesses across a wide range of sectors, providing strategic financial guidance and helping business owners make informed decisions. At Pantera, James is responsible for overseeing the financial performance of the Group and supporting its continued growth.

Outside of work, James enjoys travelling, trying new foods and learning languages. He studied French and Business at university and has previously lived and worked in both France and China, teaching English before pursuing his career in accountancy.
