PANTERA COMPLETES NATIONAL £2M GROUND RENT PORTFOLIO SALE

Property consultant and chartered surveyor Pantera Property has completed the disposal of numerous
ground rents across the UK for an insolvency practitioner client. The large portfolio realised over £2m in
total and included long and short Leasehold properties.

Pantera managing director Tom Snook said: “We are experts in all types of property-related disposals
and are fast becoming the go-to provider for insolvency practitioners. This particular deal was quite
complex as it was such a large portfolio with a wide geographic spread, put up for sale following the
restructuring of a business.”

they really went the extra mile to get the sale completed in May, despite having to work around the
coronavirus restrictions.”

Pantera Property sold part of the £2m portfolio to individual leaseholders and the remainder to a
ground rent investor following the expiry of the notices, which were sent to all qualifying tenants.
