PANTERA PROPERTY CARRIES OUT £8M LONDON VALUATIONS CONTRACT IN JUST 48 HOURS

Pantera Property, the Harrogate and South East-based property consultancy and chartered surveying
firm, pulled out all the stops to complete a Red Book valuation in Fulham, London, in 48 hours last
month.

Despite the Government’s coronavirus restrictions, the Pantera team carried out the official RICS
valuation, of three Victorian terraced investment properties in the South West London borough, worth a
total of £8m, within just two days of being appointed.

Pantera Property managing director Tom Snook said: “Our client needed a rapid turnaround on the
valuations of the properties. Stringent RICS standards mean Red Book valuations are always significant
projects that must be carried out absolutely scrupulously. The social distancing restrictions that were in
place in June as a result of the coronavirus pandemic added even more of a challenge.”
