hereafter for the purchaser in common with the owner or owners and

entitled to the like privilege a right to the use of the footpath
situate along and adjoining the northerly side of the property hereby
conveyed AND ALSO a right for the purchaser (in common as last

Building shall remain on its present site RESERVING NEVERTHELESS unto
the owner or owners occupier or occupiers for the time bieng of the

the use of the said washhouse hereby conveyed Subject to the payment of
one half the expense of maintaining the same in good repair and
condition"
3 The Conveyance dated 18 July 1927 referred to above contains the
following provision:-
"IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND DECLARED that the walls separating the
property hereby conveyed from the adjoining property on the north or
north-east side thereof are party walls or structures within the
meaning of Section 38 of The Law of Property Act 1925 AND FURTHER that
all fall pipes spouts conductors chimneys gullies and gutters and gas
and water pipes which are used jointly with the owners or occupiers of
the property adjoining or near to the property hereby conveyed on the
north or north-east side thereof shall continue to be so used and shall
be maintained and repaired accordingly."
