Ethan joined Pantera Property as a Senior Surveyor and Chartered Surveyor, bringing experience across residential and commercial valuations throughout London and the surrounding areas. After initially pursuing a career in acting, Ethan returned to the property industry and completed his degree through UCEM whilst undertaking an apprenticeship with a boutique surveying practice. Alongside valuation experience, he has developed a strong understanding of the specialist lending market and the criteria used by lenders when assessing loan applications. At Pantera, Ethan is looking to further develop his expertise across insolvency and advisory services whilst continuing to grow his career within the property sector.

Outside of work, Ethan enjoys spending time with his son, playing golf and skiing.
