Rory is a graduate of Nottingham Trent University, where he achieved a First Class Honours degree in Real Estate. During his studies, he completed a placement year focused on land and new-homes work, gaining experience in residential development and land sales. He also completed internships in commercial agency in London, further broadening his exposure to commercial property and occupier markets.

Rory has joined Pantera as an Assistant Surveyor and is pursuing his RICS qualification.

Outside of work, Rory enjoys going to the gym and playing golf at Oakdale Golf Club.
